Nothing. SPP mortgage brokers are paid by the lender upon successful settlement. There is no fee charged to you.
Can SPP help me if I already have an existing home loan?+
Yes. SPP can review your existing loan structure and advise on whether refinancing or restructuring would improve your portfolio position.
What's the difference between P&I and interest-only?+
P&I reduces your debt faster. IO maximises cash flow in the short term — useful for building a portfolio. The right answer depends on your income, tax position and investment timeline. SPP advises specifically for your situation.
Do SPP brokers have access to all lenders?+

How long does approval take?+
