Most property firms are built by people who have never done what they ask you to do. SPP is different. Iti Mehrotra — the architect of our entire client methodology — joined JR Prosperity Partners in 2015 as a client, not as staff. She spent 9 years building her own portfolio while working full-time in corporate Australia.

In 2023 she achieved financial independence and left her corporate career — not because she had to, but because the portfolio made it optional. She joined the SPP team that year as Lead Strategist, and every process, question, and framework we use with clients today was shaped by her 9-year client journey. That is the standard every SPP strategist holds.
